AVail Transport Company Policy

Reservations are non-refundable within 48 hours of the scheduled transfer date; during holidays – within 72 hours.
 

AVail Transport is not responsible for delays or the termination in winter caused by unsafe road conditions (i.e. not salted road accidents, closures, natural disasters, etc.).
 

Every transfer is subject to 20% driver gratuity.
 

AVail Transport is not responsible for any lost or forgotten belongings during your transfer.
 

Transfers from 11 PM to 6 AM are subject to a 20% after-hours surcharge.
 

The driver has the right to terminate the run without a refund (if there is disrespectful behavior).
 

Smoking and alcohol drinking are not permitted in our vehicles.
